What are we?
While all normal 5-year-old girls dream of living in a candy house, the editor at age five dreamed of getting published.
For ten years, she tried and she tried, but nothing came to her.
Until she met journalism. She could start simple and small, and publish – but getting to a big, adult paper was out of bounds.
As she grew older, she saw so many teenagers doing amazing things with their amazing skills and said to herself: what if all Gen-Z-ers that have the same dreams as me get together and all publish their thoughts and ideas in the same place?
We are a non-profit, youth-led organization that publishes young teenage writers' work and empowers others to do the same.
In Magazine form, a new edition will be launched every month, with different pieces of writing that range from scientific updates to fresh and new verses of poetry.
With this dynamic and innovative paper, we strive to empower and inspire Generation Z, as well as members of other generations, to speak their minds and express themselves. We are the change.
This is how The Gen Z Times came to life.

How can I submit?
Inform, express, empower! To submit written work, just email us at admthegenztimes@gmail.com with your writing.
Don't worry about the format – you can email your writing as a PDF File, Word Document, copy and paste it in the email itself... If there are any issues with our access to the writing, we will email you back.
When you send your writing, please state your name, but feel free to publish your writing anonymously!
After we put your writing in our website, you will get an email back stating where your writing can be found and with a link!
